Adding KB articles on the fly

As requests come in, you can tell Spoke to learn the answer you are replying with. 

This will help train Spoke and increase your auto-resolve rate!

Quickly add a KB article directly from the expanded request view by:

  1. Clicking on the + button
  2. Choosing to add a File, Link, or Text
  3. Entering the answer to the request
  4. Clicking add
  5. Submitting the KB article by clicking "enter" on your keyboard
  6. Resolve the ticket
