The All tab is how you can check on all the requests coming into your Spoke account. Keep tabs on how everything is working, check the progress on requests and make sure nothing slips through the cracks using all. 

When you open all you'll see every incoming request, with the most recent request at the top. 

Filter Requests

By clicking on "all statuses," you can see which tickets are currently open and how many there are, or how many tickets have been resolved. 

The all teams button will also enable you to sort requests based on which team the request has been assigned to. 

You can also take action in bulk from the list of requests by selecting them on the left side of each request and then reassign the requests to other teams or agents.
