Settings

The Settings button in Spoke is the way you'll make changes to your organization's Spoke account, add new members and connect your Spoke to other channels like Slack to make Spoke even better for your team. 



Adding/Removing Team Members

To add a new member to your Spoke account, just click the invite members button, enter the new user's email address and click invite - they'll receive an email to aid them in getting started with Spoke. 

   
The Settings tab is also where you can remove users if necessary. Just select the button to the right of their name and select the option to remove that user. 

Using Channels

Your Channels are also controlled through settings. Select the channels tab to turn on your organization's options for SMS and Slack. 

 
If you turn on the SMS option, a phone number will be generated that you and your team can use to contact Spoke through text messaging. 

To use Spoke within Slack, turn on that option and follow the prompts to connect Slack and import users. More information on this here .

Add your logo

Adding your logo to your Spoke account personalizes the account and enhances your organization's experience with Spoke. 



To add or change your logo, just click on the existing logo in your Settings and add a new image. The image will be updated and you'll see it on the upper left as your new logo right away.
