As you create new teams in Spoke, you'll have the option to add keywords to those teams. Using keywords helps Spoke get a clearer idea of what type of requests each team should receive. 

Add the keywords along with the team title and description. Common request topics are good, and so are commonly used terms or phrases.

These keywords can be edited in the future and help Spoke learn which team or individual to send requests to as they come in.
